(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
1. Basic provisions
1.1
This Shipping Policy forms part of the contractual terms of the KalinumX online store and supplements the General Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy and other information stated for a specific product, service or order.
1.2
Available delivery methods, shipping prices and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery, selected market, product type, weight, dimensions, order value, product nature, carrier availability and the current technical options of the online store.
1.3
In the event of a conflict between this general Shipping Policy and individually agreed terms for a specific custom order, the individually agreed terms confirmed by the Seller shall prevail.
2. Order processing
2.1
Orders are processed after they have been received and paid for, unless stated otherwise for a specific product, service, digital content, custom production or individual order.
2.2
For finished products in stock, the order is usually prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible.
2.3
For personalized, engraved, laser-marked, 3D printed, custom-made, hand-finished or otherwise individually modified products, the processing time may be longer. The exact or estimated production time is stated on the product page, in the order, in the order confirmation, in an individual quotation or communicated to the customer according to the scope of the modifications.
2.4
Order processing time is not the same as transit time. Processing time includes, in particular, order review, preparation of materials, possible design approval, production, personalization, quality control, packaging and handover of the shipment to the carrier.
2.5
Transit time starts only when the shipment is handed over to the carrier, not when the order is created or paid for.
2.6
For products produced or modified according to the customer’s instructions, order processing may begin only after all required materials have been received, the order or deposit has been paid, the design has been approved, technical details have been confirmed or other conditions stated for the specific order have been fulfilled.
3. Delivery time
3.1
Unless agreed otherwise for a product, order or individual custom order, the goods will be delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
3.2
For custom production, personalized products, larger orders, corporate series, B2B orders, technical products, 3D printing, digital services or products manufactured based on customer-supplied materials, the delivery time may be longer. In such case, the delivery time is stated on the product page, in the offer, in the order confirmation or agreed individually with the customer.
3.3
Delivery times stated in the online store, cart or checkout are estimated unless expressly stated to be a binding delivery date.
3.4
The estimated delivery date may be affected by production time, the Seller’s workload, season, material availability, speed of design approval by the customer, carrier performance, customs clearance or circumstances that the Seller cannot reasonably control.
3.5
If, for any reason, the delivery time is significantly extended, the customer will be informed without undue delay and the Seller will agree the next steps with the customer.
4. Delivery methods
4.1
Available delivery methods are shown to the customer in the cart or at checkout according to the delivery address, product type, shipment weight and dimensions, order value and current carrier options.
4.2
Shipments may be delivered in particular by courier service, postal service, pickup point, parcel locker, express service or another available delivery method stated in the order.
4.3
For certain custom-made, oversized, heavy, fragile, technical, B2B or higher-value products, the delivery method may be agreed individually.
4.4
The Seller reserves the right to change the selected carrier or shipping method to a comparable or more suitable method if necessary due to dimensions, weight, safety, service availability, carrier restrictions or shipment protection. The customer will not be charged unreasonable additional costs without their consent.
4.5
Some delivery methods may not be available for all products, all countries or all order values.
5. Shipping price
5.1
The shipping price is displayed in the cart or at checkout before the order is bindingly submitted.
5.2
The shipping price may vary depending on the country of delivery, selected shipping method, dimensions, weight, order value, product nature, packaging or current carrier rates.
5.3
The shipping price includes only the shipping price charged by the Seller within the order, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4
The shipping price does not include customs duties, import VAT, import tax, local tax, carrier customs brokerage fees, customs authority fees, storage fees, parcel processing fees or other costs charged by third parties in the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise for the specific order.
5.5
If the shipping price for a specific custom order cannot be determined in advance, the customer will be informed of the shipping price individually before order confirmation, before production begins or before the shipment is dispatched.
5.6
Additional costs may arise in the case of re-dispatch, address change after dispatch, returned shipment, unclaimed shipment or refusal of delivery. The Seller may require the customer to pay these costs if they arose for reasons on the customer’s side.
6. Delivery within the Czech Republic
6.1
Orders within the Czech Republic are delivered according to the currently available shipping options displayed in the order.
6.2
Delivery may be available in particular to an address, pickup point, parcel locker or by another method stated at checkout.
6.3
The estimated transit time may vary depending on the selected carrier, service availability, delivery region, season and current carrier workload.
6.4
The transit time itself starts only after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
7. Delivery within the European Union
7.1
Orders may also be delivered to selected countries of the European Union according to the currently available shipping options.
7.2
The shipping price, estimated delivery time and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout or communicated individually for custom production, B2B orders or larger shipments.
7.3
For orders delivered within the European Union, tax treatment is governed by the applicable legal regulations and by the online store settings for the given market.
7.4
Some island, remote or specific areas within the European Union may have different shipping availability, longer delivery times or higher shipping prices.
8. Delivery outside the European Union
8.1
Delivery outside the European Union is possible only to selected countries and according to the current options of carriers, the online store settings and the nature of the ordered goods.
8.2
For shipments delivered outside the European Union, additional costs may arise upon import into the destination country, in particular customs duties, import VAT, import tax, local low-value goods tax, customs clearance fees, carrier customs brokerage fees, storage fees or other charges according to the laws and practice of the destination country.
8.3
These costs are not included in the price of the goods or in the shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise for the specific order. These costs are paid by the customer.
8.4
Unless it is expressly stated for a specific order that customs duties, import taxes or other import fees are collected by the Seller at checkout, shipments outside the European Union are sent under a regime where any import fees are paid by the customer upon import, delivery or upon request by the carrier, customs broker or competent authority of the destination country.
8.5
The Seller does not have full control over the amount of customs duties, import taxes, local fees, carrier customs brokerage fees or the procedures of customs authorities in the destination country.
8.6
Any information about possible import costs stated in the online store, cart, checkout, communication or documents is indicative only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
8.7
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered goods may be imported into, received and used in their country in accordance with local laws, customs rules, import restrictions, safety requirements and any age, technical or content-related restrictions of the destination country.
8.8
Customs authorities, the carrier or a customs broker may require additional information, documents or cooperation necessary for the import of the shipment. Failure to provide such cooperation may lead to delivery delays, additional charges, return of the shipment or its detention according to the rules of the destination country.
8.9
If the customer refuses to pay import fees, fails to provide the required cooperation during customs clearance, fails to accept the shipment or the shipment is returned to the Seller for these reasons, this does not constitute proper withdrawal from the contract. The Seller is entitled to claim compensation for costs related to shipping, return shipping, storage, customs clearance, carrier fees and other reasonably incurred costs.
8.10
If the Seller expressly states for a selected order that customs duties, import taxes or other import fees are included in the price or collected at checkout, such express arrangement applies only to that specific order, country, shipping method and scope of fees stated at checkout.
9. Customs documents and data for international shipping
9.1
For shipments outside the European Union, it may be necessary to state on shipping, customs or commercial documents the description of goods, value of goods, country of origin, weight, number of pieces, HS code or other data required by the carrier or customs authorities.
9.2
The Seller fills in customs and shipping data based on available information about the product, the order and carrier requirements. For some custom-made, combined or individually manufactured products, the classification of goods may be indicative or may require individual assessment.
9.3
The customer acknowledges that incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, in particular the delivery address, contact details, intended use, goods description or request for a special import regime, may cause delays, return of the shipment or additional costs.
9.4
The Seller is not obliged to state a false value of goods on customs documents, mark a commercial shipment as a gift, change the goods description in order to reduce import fees or make any other false or misleading customs declaration.
10. Personalized and custom-made products
10.1
For products modified according to the customer’s wishes, in particular engraved, laser-marked, personalized, 3D printed, custom-made or supplemented with custom text, name, logo, photograph, graphic, motif, dimension or another individual requirement, the production and delivery time may be longer than for finished products in stock.
10.2
Production begins after the required materials have been received, the design has been approved, the order has been paid for or other conditions stated for the specific product or custom order have been fulfilled.
10.3
If the customer does not provide the required materials in time, does not respond to a request for clarification, does not approve the design or does not provide other necessary cooperation, the processing and delivery time may be extended accordingly.
10.4
For personalized and custom-made products, dispatch within the usual time frame for stock products cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by the Seller.
11. Digital content and electronic delivery
11.1
Digital content, graphic designs, AI outputs, music, video, files, templates, 3D models, technical materials or other electronic outputs may be delivered electronically, in particular by e-mail, download link, customer account or another agreed method.
11.2
For digital content, the provisions on physical shipping apply only if the digital content is also delivered on a physical medium or as part of a physical product.
11.3
The delivery time for digital content may vary depending on the scope of the service, availability of materials, design approvals, number of revisions and individual agreement.
12. Acceptance of shipment
12.1
Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is required to check whether the packaging is visibly damaged.
12.2
If the shipment packaging is significantly damaged, the Seller recommends not accepting the shipment or accepting it only with a written damage report from the carrier. The customer should document the damage with photographs as soon as possible and contact the Seller.
12.3
Transport damage should be reported without undue delay so that the situation can be resolved with the carrier.
12.4
If the customer accepts a visibly damaged shipment without reservation, later proving transport damage may be more difficult.
12.5
The customer’s rights arising from defective performance are not affected.
13. Incorrect or incomplete address
13.1
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address, recipient name, company name and other information required for delivery.
13.2
If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete contact details, failure to collect the shipment, refusal of delivery, failure to cooperate with the carrier or another reason on the customer’s side, the Seller may agree with the customer on re-dispatch.
13.3
The costs of re-dispatch, return shipping, storage or other fees incurred for reasons on the customer’s side may be paid by the customer.
13.4
If the customer requests a change of delivery address after the shipment has been dispatched, the Seller cannot guarantee that the carrier will make the change. Any costs of changing delivery or redirecting the shipment may be paid by the customer.
14. Unclaimed or refused shipment
14.1
If the customer does not accept or collect the shipment within the carrier’s storage period, the shipment may be returned to the Seller.
14.2
Failure to collect the shipment or refusal to accept it does not automatically constitute withdrawal from the contract.
14.3
In the case of an unclaimed, refused or returned shipment, the customer will be contacted to agree on the next steps.
14.4
The Seller is entitled to claim compensation for costs related to the unclaimed, refused or returned shipment, in particular shipping costs, return shipping, storage, packaging, re-dispatch, carrier fees, customs clearance and other reasonably incurred costs.
14.5
For personalized, custom-made or individually modified products, the special rules for withdrawal from the contract and return of goods under the General Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy remain unaffected.
15. Splitting an order into multiple shipments
15.1
For some orders, goods may be delivered in multiple shipments, especially if the order contains products with different production times, availability, size, weight, value, packaging method or shipping requirements.
15.2
The customer will be informed of any order split if this is possible and appropriate given the nature of the order.
15.3
Splitting an order into multiple shipments may affect the total delivery time of individual parts of the order.
16. Shipment packaging
16.1
The Seller packages products in a manner appropriate to their nature, dimensions, fragility, value and selected shipping method.
16.2
For fragile, glass, ceramic, metal, technical, custom-made or higher-value products, protective packaging, filling material, stronger packaging, multi-layer packaging or another suitable method of protection may be used.
16.3
Packaging may be selected with regard to transport safety, product protection, packaging material availability and reasonable environmental consideration.
17. B2B and individual custom orders
17.1
For corporate orders, larger series, technical products, industrial marking, custom production, 3D printing, customer-supplied items or individual projects, shipping, packaging, delivery date and handover conditions may be agreed separately in an offer, order or other written communication.
17.2
In such case, the individually agreed terms shall prevail over this general Shipping Policy.
17.3
For B2B and individual custom orders, the Seller may require a special handover method, insurance, pallet shipping, personal collection, customer’s own transport, shipping deposit or individual shipping calculation.
18. Delivery restrictions
18.1
The Seller reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries, regions, remote areas, high-risk areas, sanctioned territories or areas where delivery is unavailable, unreliable, legally impossible or economically unreasonable.
18.2
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if the ordered goods cannot be delivered to the selected country, if shipping is unreasonably risky, if delivery would violate legal regulations or if the carrier refuses to accept the shipment.
18.3
Some products, in particular products with sensitive content, 18+ motifs, technical purpose, atypical material, higher value, larger dimensions or special use, may have limited shipping availability to certain countries.
19. Shipment tracking
19.1
If the selected shipping method allows shipment tracking, the customer may receive a tracking link or tracking number.
19.2
The method and accuracy of shipment tracking may vary depending on the carrier, country of delivery and specific service.
19.3
The Seller is not responsible for temporary tracking unavailability, delayed shipment status updates or incorrect information displayed by the carrier’s system if the Seller cannot influence these circumstances.
20. Personal collection
20.1
Personal collection is possible only if this option is expressly offered in the online store or individually agreed.
20.2
The date and method of personal collection must be confirmed by the Seller in advance.
20.3
For custom-made, technical, B2B or higher-value orders, the Seller may require proof of identity, order confirmation or another document required for handover.
21. Delivery contact

22. Final provisions
22.1
This Shipping Policy is available in the online store and may be updated from time to time.
22.2
For a specific order, the version of the Shipping Policy effective at the time the order is submitted shall apply, unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the customer.
22.3
This Shipping Policy is drawn up in the Czech language. In the event of language translations, the Czech version shall prevail, unless legal regulations provide otherwise.
22.4
This Shipping Policy becomes effective on 29 April 2026.
