Personalised lithophane converts a photograph into a delicate 3D relief. Backlighting creates light and dark tones according to material thickness, revealing the photograph as a detailed dimensional image. Suitable for portraits, family photos, pets, wedding and commemorative photos and original personal gifts.

What is included in the price

• review of the submitted photo and its suitability for a lithophane,
• basic cropping, contrast and tonal adjustments for the best possible result,
• conversion of a photo into a 3D relief model,
• adjustment of model thickness, depth and light transmission,
• data preparation for 3D printing,
• material and the 3D print in the selected size,
• cleaning, finishing and final quality control of the completed piece.

The price therefore covers more than the material used. Most of the value lies in individually preparing the photograph, creating the 3D model, configuring the print, machine time and checking the result.

Size variants

• S – Flat 50 × 50 × 2 mm: a small flat lithophane, suitable as a standalone illuminated picture, sample or small personal gift.
• M – medium Halfmoon: a curved tabletop version, up to approximately 130 × 110 × 100 mm depending on the photo's aspect ratio and the construction.
• L – large Halfmoon: a more pronounced curved design, up to approximately 260 × 130 × 100 mm.
• XL – maxi Halfmoon: the largest version for a striking light object, up to approximately 260 × 250 × 250 mm.

The listed dimensions for curved variants are approximate. Final size and proportions may vary slightly with the photo, aspect ratio and selected finish.

Lighting and USB components

The USB cable, LED light and dimmer are not variants of this product. They are separate products and can be added to the lithophane according to the chosen configuration.

A USB mains adapter is not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

What can increase the price

The base price covers standard processing of the supplied photograph. Extensive retouching or restoration of poor-quality photos, complex multi-image collages, special custom shapes, several separate designs, non-standard sizes, more complex text or artwork additions, special construction and express production may be priced individually.

What photo to send

The best results come from a sharp photograph at the highest possible resolution, with a clearly visible main subject and balanced lighting. If possible, send the original file rather than a screenshot or a photo downloaded from social media. Very blurred, dark or overexposed images may produce less detail in the lithophane.

The lithophane is made individually from the supplied photograph. Its appearance depends on the image quality, selected size, shape and backlighting. Every piece is therefore unique.

Every product is made with attention to detail, a clean appearance and a technology suited to the chosen material.

Dimensions, volume or weight are listed according to the product, in metric units and gradually also in units suitable for international sales.

Selected products can be customised with your own text, logo, image or production note. Available options may vary by product.

Production time depends on the product type, material availability and processing complexity. For custom production, the brief may be clarified before production begins.

Products are packed to be suitably protected during transport. Gift or premium packaging can also be arranged for selected items.
