What source files do I need to send?
In most cases, a text, idea, logo, photo or short description is enough. If you do not have final files yet, we can help you choose the right direction.
Can I provide my own motif or logo?
Yes. We can work with your own text, logo, motif or photograph. The final solution depends on the material, file quality and desired result.
How does design approval work?
Before production, the final version of the order is confirmed, especially layout, text, motif placement and important notes. Production starts only after approval.
Do you handle business orders and smaller series?
Yes. We handle single pieces, gifts, as well as small and medium business batches. The key is the brief, material, timing and desired visual impression.
How long does production usually take?
Lead time depends on the product type, material, design complexity and quantity. A more accurate estimate is provided after the request is clarified.
Is it possible to order single pieces?
Yes, for selected products and realizations, single pieces are possible as well. It depends on the type of request and technical solution.
